After a few days of reflection that allowed us to store and make our own all the contents of the event, we are happy to share our experience at the TechAssure European Member Meeting 2024, our international network, held in Aix-en-Provence.
We had the opportunity to discuss crucial topics for the policy industry, including Life Sciences (Medical Trials), Cyber and other topics relevant to Tech entities.
On the cyber risk front, the major international insurers (Zurich, CNA, CFC, Chubb) provided interesting data:
61% of SMEs have suffered a cyber attack.
80% of EU Tech Companies do not have a Cyber policy, despite the vital importance of access to their PCs and information.
As TechAssure and DBDG, we are committed to raising awareness on the proper management of cyber risk, which includes the purchase of a specific insurance policy.
Another area of medical specialisation of TechAssure members is Life Sciences policies. Federic Nouvou and Marc Jory presented success stories, demonstrating the effectiveness of teamwork within the network.
The meeting ended with a visit to the beautiful Château La Coste winery, where we had a unique experience between modern art and excellent wines.
