Attending ILLCA 2024 was, like every year, an important moment for me, not only as President of iLlca Italia, but also as CEO of DBDG.
In the prestigious Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan, the event confirmed how crucial it is to continue to innovate and digitise our industry to address the increasing complexity of risks.
My dual responsibility allows me to see the market from several perspectives: on the one hand, as the leader of an association representing Lloyd's correspondents in Italy, and on the other, as an entrepreneur leading a consulting and brokerage company with solid roots in the market. Both positions remind me every day how essential it is to offer flexible and customised solutions to our clients.
My special thanks go to the speaker Diana Santin, Country Manager for Italy and Regional Manager for MEDI of Lloyd's, and to the journalist Jole Saggese, Head of News and Anchor-woman of Class CNBC, who moderated the discussion with great professionalism.
I will continue to work hard together with all my colleagues at ILLCA to bring forward state-of-the-art solutions and maintain our leadership position, not only as an association, but also through our daily work at DBDG.
The future is full of challenges, but also great opportunities.
