Family businesses have always played a central role in Italy, forming a fundamental part of the engine of our economy. It is therefore essential that these companies are at the centre of the debate on the future and the changes that our country and our economy will face. We at DBDG, the result of the union of two families, are fully aware of the importance of these issues. This is why we are proud to have participated in the 19th National Conference of Family Businesses of AIDAF - Associazione Italiana delle Aziende Familiari, with the title ‘Le imprese familiari da progettiste del futuro a protagonisti del cambiamento: un percorso di sviluppo con la persona al centro’ at the Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria.
