One of the most important phases of the relationship between the client and the broker is the claim process. That is why we have chosen to establish a specific internal unit dedicated to assisting Clients through all stages involved, from assessing the damage and dealing with the Insurance Company to the settlement of the claim.

In the various phases, we support the Client in preparing all the necessary activities, then in evaluating the correspondence between the event and the insurance guarantee, drafting the claim, managing and negotiating, and speaking directly with the Insurance Company. We handle the evaluation and payment of compensation on behalf of the client, based on the mandate received.

This is a value-added service that demonstrates the company's intent to act as a careful and timely interlocutor, proactive and effective in the cautious and diligent protection of the Client's interests and in their dealings with the Companies.

Among the many activities offered in this area, we highlight:

  • Constant monitoring of the case
  • Event evaluation
  • Assistance in drafting the claim report for electronic claims (Online Clients) but also in person
  • Study of policy conditions in relation to the damaging event
  • Damage negotiation and compensation evaluation, assessing its adequacy in relation to the actual damage and the correct application of deductibles and exclusions, where contractually provided
  • Assistance of a party-appointed expert where necessary, to be agreed with the Client
  • Preparation and acquisition of necessary documentation
  • Direct interaction with the Insurance Companies' assessors
  • Monitoring of the expiration of statute of limitations
