The WBN European Regional Conference in Amsterdam ended on Sunday.
Thanks to Meijers and Söderberg&Partners for their hospitality and organization: direct comparison with the market and very concrete working groups.
From the roundtable discussions with companies, we take away operational recommendations on two fronts that are increasingly becoming part of corporate agendas:
• Pay Transparency Directive: HR governance, processes, documentation, and data. It's not just about compliance: it changes the oversight of internal policies and responsibilities.
• Product Liability Directive: liability along the supply chain, technical evidence, and claims management. Prevention makes the difference, before the transfer of risk.
Thanks to Job Kuijpers for his contribution: a solid and pragmatic overview, useful for understanding what is changing and where action needs to be taken.
Now the point is to translate everything into action: to organize requirements, risks, and coverage, and to make choices that are sustainable over time.
